Fighting for Your Rights is Rob’s Passion
It might surprise you that Rob hasn’t always been a lawyer; but once you meet him, it won’t surprise you that he has always wanted to help people.
Rob obtained a Biology degree at UNM. He got his start working in the medical field as a medical researcher, first at UNMH Cancer Research Facility and later was recruited to the University of Texas Medical Branch. While Rob loved that his medical research was making a difference, he wanted to make a more direct impact on people’s lives and decided to pursue a law degree.
After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in Florida, Rob headed back home to Albuquerque to start a family and serve his community. Rob then began his law career at a well-respected New Mexico litigation practice where he worked on personal injury defense.
But it didn’t take long for Rob to realize he wanted to be on the other side of the courtroom fighting for the rights of personal injury victims instead. Having gained knowledge of personal injury defense strategies directly from the other side, Rob put that expertise to use to help his clients win cases.
After working for some other personal injury firms in Albuquerque, Rob founded Baskerville Law LLC in 2014 to bring his vision of a compassionate, honest, strategic, and ethical law practice to life. Rob has served hundreds of community members over the years, and is proud of his record of achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
